KORITE Ammolite Canadian Giveaway – Official Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Contest Period
The KORITE Canadian Giveaway (the “Contest”) begins on June 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. MT and ends on September 1, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MT (the “Contest Period”).

Eligibility

This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached 18 years old n their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

Standard Entry:
 Visit our website during the Contest Period and complete the online entry form. Each entry must include the correct answer to a mathematical skill-testing question to be eligible.

Bonus Entry:Submit a photo of your KORITE Ammolite jewellery set against a Canadian backdrop by either:

●    Posting it publicly on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #myKORITE; or

●     Emailing it to info@korite.com.

Each eligible photo submitted counts as one additional entry

Prize Details

Grand Prize:
 One (1) winner will receive a KORITE Origins Chain Link Ammolite Necklace, designed by Montreal-based designer Claire Vessot, with a retail value of $2,500.00 CAD.

No prize substitution or cash equivalent will be offered, except at KORITE’s sole discretion. The prize must be accepted as awarded.


Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or around September 5, 2025, in Calgary, Alberta.

To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

  1. Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
  2. Complete and return a Declaration and Release Form within seven (7) days of notification.

Failure to comply will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.


Use of Photos and Publicity Consent

By submitting a photo entry, entrants confirm that:

●      They own the rights to the image.

●      They grant KORITE Ammolite a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, edit, and publish the photo for promotional purposes, including on KORITE’s social media, website, and other marketing materials.

The identity of the winner will only be disclosed publicly with their permission.

Privacy

Personal information collected for the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with KORITE’s Privacy Policy.


General Conditions

  • This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
  • KORITE Ammolite reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Official Rules.
  • KORITE reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if technical or administrative issues arise.
  • This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform.
