In this piece, modern meets ancient! This ammonite measures approximately 43.5 cm. (17”) in diameter in a granite rock measuring approximately 89 cm. X 91 cm. (35” X 36”) and weighing approximately 39 kg. It is a very colourful Matrix ammonite with excellent shape displayed in a large diamond shaped piece of granite. It makes for a stunning display piece as the granite is black and grey with gold and orange highlights while the ammonite specimen displays extremely bright colours throughout including reds, oranges, golds and greens, with a touch of the rare blues and purples. This stunning display piece will add sophistication and style to any room.
