Gems for Gems

Empowering Women and Supporting Survivors

Gems for Gems is a Calgary-based charity dedicated to helping survivors of domestic abuse rebuild their lives. Their programs offer education, mentorship, and essential community support—values that strongly align with KORITE’s commitment to empowerment and resilience.

How KORITE Contributes

KORITE proudly acts as a drop-off location during the annual Gems for Gems jewellery drive. Gently used jewellery is collected, restored, and gifted to survivors to help restore confidence and dignity.

Why This Partnership Matters

Our support for Gems for Gems reflects our belief in community-driven change and in helping women move forward with strength and hope. Beginning in 2025, KORITE will be expanding our involvement with additional initiatives designed to deepen our contribution.

Moose Hide Campaign

A Movement to End Violence

The Moose Hide Campaign is a grassroots, Indigenous-led movement focused on ending violence against women and children across Canada. The campaign encourages conversations, healing, and respectful relationships—principles that are deeply rooted in Indigenous teachings.
